    The food was good when we finally received it. Our order was taken timely but there was no effort to serve us timely. The waiter and chef forgot us and waited until everyone else had left the area before tending to our order. Sad

    Great service and great food. Kid friendly. Kids eat free between 4 and 10pm.

    Lots of empty tables, but still waited 25 minutes. Then they sat us in the very back corner of the restaurant where they refill condiments and the door to the patio. Chris, our waiter, doesn't come for a while. He waits on the other tables and turns his back to us. He finally takes our order but never comes back. He has a girl deliver our food. My husband had the all you can eat pancakes. Twice I had to get up find Chris to get more pancakes for him. (2 pancakes, 3 inch diameter are served each time.) Bad experience. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

    I love ihop but today we were missing sausage and the side of bananas for the kids. I totally forgot to ask the waiter and here I am tipping smh. Hopefully that doesn't happen again. Only today is the 4 star rating..
